Job Description:

IBB Consulting strives to provide a collaborative, entrepreneurial and challenging environment for Consultants to enrich their professional experience.  Our Consultants have a unique opportunity to work on projects that make headlines, interact closely with talented consultants, and advise a roster of blue chip clients.

Our Consultants are responsible for:

• Leading project work streams and driving client teams toward achieving their business objectives
• Leading team to conduct market research to solve open-ended client problems (including market sizing, segmentation, competitor research, customer research, demographic analysis, etc.);
• Leading team to analyze data and formulate arguments to support problem solving (including customer care data, financial data, market data, etc.);
• Leading team to analyze requirements and documentations and conduct vendor research/comparisons;
• Managing team to deliver in quality and on time;
• Understanding complex issues and delivering findings to project team and clients;
  

Our Consultants should:

• Have a Master’s degree from a leading institution (Engineering, Computer Science and/or Business degrees preferred); MBA is highly preferred.
• Have at least 5 years work experience (full-time or part-time), including 3+ years with a brand-name consulting firm and/or companies in our focus industries (i.e., telecom, cable, media and technology).
• Understand and like technology.
• Be able to apply complex business, operational, and technological concepts to client issues.
• Demonstrate creativity and deep analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Be a team player and results oriented.
• Possess excellent writing and speaking skills.
• Have excellent Powerpoint skills.
• Have excellent Excel modeling skills.
• Have proven leadership skills and the ability to command the clients’ respect.
